• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the UK.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

• Handling time: 1-2 Days (Monday-Friday)

• Transit Time: 2-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

• Order Cut off Time: 2:00PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time

• During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions or courier service delays, which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

• We offer Free Shipping across United Kingdom.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the total order value. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our courier partners websites.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. 

7. Failed Deliveries and Return Shipments

• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or because it was unclaimed, we will notify you. You may be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

• Faidstore.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “delivered” by the courier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the shipping address.

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue, whether it involves replacing the item or processing a refund.

• Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging for quicker resolution.
